I discovered yoga in my search for balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. What started as a personal practice turned into a lifelong passion for helping others find their own sense of strength and ease.
With over a decade of teaching experience, I specialize in breath-centered Hatha Yoga that’s accessible, grounding, and deeply transformative. Whether you’re here to relieve stress, improve flexibility, or simply carve out a moment of stillness in your day, I’m here to guide you.
